- Supply details: suppliers, meter numbers (MPAN, MPRN), consumption, contract dates, rates and any bills you send.
- Letter of Authority details you provide when you sign one.
- Correspondence: emails, forms and notes of our conversations with you.
- Website data: device and usage information from cookies. See section 8.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary. As a guide, customer records are kept for 6 years after your last contract ends, and enquiries that don't lead to a contract for 2 years.
